Raised planter maybe? Fill it with soil and plant stuff in it.

I’m pretty certain it’s a raised planter. If you are going to use it for that purpose you’re ideally gunna need to drill your own drainage holes or drill through the preset drainage holes in the base because it hasn’t been done yet (these look to be drillable preset drainage holes anyway)

veg. but anything you like. you can save it for spring and plant a load of cascading annuals in it.
Or use it as a potting station. Put at large grill rack over half of it so any spilled soil will fall through and can be scooped up again for the next pot.
