    1. This looks fantastic. Can I ask which brand of clover seed mix you used? I want to do the same to my lawn

Now much can you walk on it? I’m assuming it might be OK for that but not football games etc? I know it was traditionally sown by farmers for the nutrition, so it must stand up to livestock.

My lawn has naturally turned into a clover lawn and honestly, the clover is more robust than the remaining grass

Looks exactly like mine, amazing stuff. Grass was all brown at the end of August, clovers were still so green.

You’ll love the white flower phase – something I did was mowing the flowers with the mulching setting on the lawn mower, hoping to reseed it. It worked (I spread some of the mulch in a non-clover area, and now it is a clover area).

    5. Wow! It’s beautiful. I’m actually going to do the same thing to mine this weekend, I’ve got the clover seed ready! I do have a dog so I think patches will always be inevitable, but hoping it’ll look a bit more lush than currently. I’ve also been surprised at how well lawn camomile is doing in the bed I have next to the lawn so I may try and put a bit of that into the actual lawn next year. It smells amazing.

    6. Looks fantastic. My lawn was slowly being taken over by clover but is now being taken over by yarrow. That stuff is impenetrable and seems to crowd out everything. I think it has come from the bird seed.

      Good to see dude!

I started mine last week after seeing your test post a while back! Will report back once it’s fully grown!

    8. Looks great already, clover lawns are such a game changer compared to grass. Once it flowers itll look amazing and the bees will thank you too. Way less hassle than mowing every week, definitely the smart move.
