Hallo!

Btk is a biological insecticide that targets these caterpillars. It’s safe for humans, pets and other insects. It interrupts their digestion so they starve. You need to spray on them directly and it doesn’t work right away and you’ll have to repeat applications.
If you plan on growing brassicas next year, consider throwing row cover or fine mesh over the plants to prevent the cabbage moths from laying eggs on the leaves. You will need to cover them from the very beginning, even when hardening off the plants before putting into the ground. Cabbage family plants will always be attractive to these insects if they are in your area so either stop them from doing damage in the first place or control them with spray so they don’t completely decimate the plants.
