Stick it into soil up until that last leaf, water it and it should grow. Make sure you don’t over water it, since it’s succulent. I think it’s a type of Jade plant. Those are famous for propagating from branches!
Hope it goes well! 🙂

Yeah a very easy plant to grow

If you want a little extra confidence, score on side about half an inch up from the bottom, dip in rooting hormone and then plant in moist soil.

Jam it into a pot of well draining soil, can be pre-existing with another plant with similar needs, keep it moist but not waterlogged, and it will eventually grow roots. It can take a while so mostly just leave it alone in a bright space.

Most succulents can grow from cuttings, as already mentioned, by literally planting the thing in dirt, watering a little more initially, until they root up. I had one that was just initially one single sprig that over some years eventually looked like this:
Some sprigs can get “leggy” over time. See the bottom left of the photo above. I would cut off the too long sprigs, then cut off the excess stalk, then shove my finger or a pencil in the soil, put the cutting in, and push the soil to hold it in place.
I had the above succulent for over 20 years, until I moved abroad. I gave it to my sister. Not sure of its current status, but it would still be alive today if I had it.
