Use a spoon, start about 1/4 inch outwards dig deep and out with each one.
Edit: they’re a lot more resilient than you think. I’ve had some flip over and yellow a little ✨h2o & sun✨ and they’re back at it within a day.
Last year I grew them in a pot like yours,had 4 in one pot, they were doing fine outside,grew big and had flowers so many time,you can just repot them to a bigger pot if you don’t want four pots,or separate them, both fine.
Water the pot first, then hold the pot upside down with your fingers in-between the seedlings (so you have purchase of the pot but aren’t crushing or impacting the seedlings).
Tap the bottom of the pot, and gently squeeze the side and the whole lot should hopefully come out as one whole piece.
Then gently pull apart, giving as much soil to each seedling as you can. I don’t know how sensitive basil is specifically, but general rule is to not disturb the roots as much as possible.
In prepared pots, then transfer the seedlings. Water each seedling will immediately after transplanting, and all should be fine.
I should add it looks like you’ve grown four beautiful seedlings so follow your instincts and you’ll be fine! You could even wait a little longer and just do all the above straight into soil, depending on your climate
