Hornworms are never a big problem for me. I might see 4 in a season. Many times I see none. Found 2 on my tomatoes the other day and must‘ve been in a hippie mood, because I moved them to my Angel Trumpet plant instead of killing them.

They’ve actually been kind of fun to watch for a couple days, and the moths will be so cool looking. Now, the Angel Trumpet is waaayyyy on the other side of the house / yard, and like I said…I don’t ever get too many in a season. I wouldn’t recommend a “stay of execution“ policy if you can’t get them far, far away from your tomatoes or if you’re seeing dozens. My Jimsonweed self seeds every year as well, so Im not super precious with it.
