Meine Mutter hat mir diese Pflanze geschenkt, ich war mir nicht sicher, was es war. Ich habe im Pflanzenfinder nachgesehen und dort steht, dass es sich um eine zylindrische Schlangenpflanze handelt. Ich habe es vor ein paar Jahren schließlich draußen gepflanzt. In letzter Zeit sah es nicht so gut aus. Ich weiß nicht, ob es etwas gefressen hat oder ob es ein Landschaftsbauunfall oder beides war. Ich möchte sie unbedingt retten. Für Informationen dazu wäre ich sehr dankbar. Ich habe vor, es heute auszugraben.

Yes, it is easily salvageable. It’s a snake plant – sansevieria. You can take the parts that came off, make a clean cut on the bottom of each, or chop them in half, let them dry out for a while (a few days to a few weeks, your choice), then you can either try letting them sit with the bottoms in water or plant them (I always do the water method), and in a few months you should hopefully have some roots and maybe even some pups/babies growing from the bottom. The one still in the ground looks healthy enough that it’ll keep going or make some babies.
