The moss needs to be pretty damp all the time, but one thing these guys need is a tonne of sun.

I mean south-facing window in summer kind of sun.

Also, no tap water.  Distilled or rainwater.

The leaves that have shriveled probably won’t recover. They’ll likely continue to dry out and become brown and crispy. Don’t remove them just yet, give them time so that those which can recover have a chance to recover, but I would expect them to dry. Sarracenias have pretty durable rhizomes, thick roots which store energy and water and are able to handle survive cold, dryness, and other issues. So, look for new growth from the rhizomes.

Like most carnivorous plants, pitcher plants are salt sensitive and adapted to boggy conditions, so you want to use pure water, like rainwater, distilled water, or other forms of processed water, and you want them to be constantly soggy. I keep mine in trays or bowls of water so that the bottom couple inches of the pot is standing in water. The low salt requirement applies to soil, as well, so when repotting you want to use a soil mix of pure peat moss mixed with ~30% by volume perlite or pumice and coarse quartz sand or grit to increase porosity. This gives a soil mix that is high in weak organic acids from the peat, and low in soluble salts.
