



Diese Pflanze stammt aus unserem Garten und ist eindeutig in einem Chaos, also habe ich sie bekommen und plane, den Boden zu entfernen, um ihn in seinen vorherigen Topf zu pflanzen und einfach den Boden zu wechseln. Ist es keine schlechte Idee?

I think you should put it in a bigger pot, it’s clearly exploding out of its current one, it looks like more root than soil.
I would prune off any damaged or dying leaves, and then repot it into a pot that’s at least 2-3 inches bigger in diameter, giving it plenty of fresh compost all around its root ball.
Alternatively if you are determined to keep it in the same pot, you can probably cut off 1/3 of the roots to reduce the size of the root ball – this will give the plant a bit more room to grow in the pot, without allowing it to get any bigger – it’s the same principle they use in Bonsai to keep trees small.
