First of all don’t worry about the splitting it’s normal they do it in nature all the time to let sun reach the lower leaves and so the leaves don’t act like a sail in the wind second if the leaves are curling I know most people will say humidity is the problem but for me its always been under watering and when I give it a drink the leaves fix themselves but take that advice with a grain of salt I have high humidity so it still could be a humidity problem
