Wow, what a difference! You’ll find it much less of a heat trap too, can’t beat grass!
A couple of plants in different sized pots. Maybe some hanging baskets. Job done. It looks fantastic. Hope the summer stays decent now.

What a beautiful change, do you own the land above the retaining wall if so scraping the grass off back to soil them putting down loads of wildflower seeds would look beautiful there and the bees and butterflies would thank you a lot
