It’s almost always inconsistent watering patterns and never a lack of calcium. Do you have them on automated drip irrigation?
This style of tomato is especially suspectable to BER. Cut back on nitrogen in fertilizers and try deeply mulching around them.

It’s a calcium deficiency. My tomatoes did this for a couple of years. I put about a quarter of a cup of bone meal in the hole when I plant them in the ground and now I never get blossoms end rot.
