Yeah take the flower head as you’ve done on the right, I think it does effect productivity (positively lol)
Doesn’t make a difference. It’s removing the seeds which is important, which you will do by removing the pod.
Although picking them with the stalk attached does make preparing them to eat easier, as the pods often have a string down the front side, and the stalk makes an easier handle to remove it (just snap the stalk forward then pull down).
