Mosquito larvae? You leave stagnant water anywhere and these will show up. They will hatch into some kind of small annoying fly.

A nymph or larvae. Fish love to eat them but they’ll emerge to be a mosquito (I think in this case). Many flies lay their eggs in water where they hatch into nymphs(larvae) where they live the majority of their lives before emerging to mate, lay eggs and die.
