Hallo zusammen, wir haben ein bestimmtes Haus (Erstkäufer) im Auge, aber der Garten ist ein bisschen ein Müllkippe. Wir möchten eine Vorstellung davon bekommen, wie viel es kosten würde, den Garten zu erreichen? Nichts Besonderes nur einfach, also ist es einfach zu pflegen und ein schöner Raum für einige Gartenmöbel zu verwenden. Würde Schätzungen schätzen, da dies uns eine Idee geben und uns helfen würde, uns zu entscheiden, ob wir ein Angebot für das Haus geben möchten oder nicht 😊

That’s too vague to give any sort of estimate. Even “some garden furniture” could range from a few bits grabbed on marketplace to thousands on an outdoor dining space or similar.
The images show a relatively small and flat space with no major works needed. You could diy it into something presentable for a few hundred quid in tools, feed, compost, containers and plants if you were careful with your purchases. Obviously you could do it for pennies if you can get most of that for free.
Alternatively you could hire a landscaper/gardener, decide you really need all the brickwork and concrete repointed and cleaned/painted, choose to get decking, expensive containers and plantings and be out several thousand before you even think about buying a chair.
