Hallo!

Hoyas are pretty hardy. Water when dry. You might want to consider either rinsing the plant under a shower or wiping the plant with a damp paper towel. Leaves look dusty.

    3. It’s a Hoya Obovata. May possibly have some variegation. They’re sometimes referred to as “tropical succulents” –  https://stevesleaves.com/products/hoya-obovata

They like bright sunlight, and to be watered when dry. Water fully, then allow to dry out.
Blooms typically happen when the plant is more mature/ larger. I have 4 in bloom now, they all are outdoors and get morning sun. So don’t stress if you don’t see them for awhile.

Don’t overwater. Wait until at least half of the soil is dried out. I highly recommend vermonthoyas.com

    5. Looks like you’ve got a lot of solid advice but I want to add that I wouldn’t expect blooms for a long time, probably a couple years but maybe less if you’re lucky. They usually bloom when the temps warm up for the season.

If it gets lots of bright light the lighter splashes on the leaves will turn a bit pinkish, it’s called sun stress, it isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

Be careful with any new baby leaves coming in, they’re very sensitive and will fall off or wither and die if they get knocked around.

She likes bright direct- water it when the soil is completely dry. It’ll grow like the dickens!
