They’re great to have. Ours is already done for the year. Enjoy!

That should have been in the listing as a selling feature 😍

What a beautiful color and it must be a very happy plant with all those blooms! Enjoy them year after year to come

Peony season is the best season. Ours are spent already; I deadheaded them this morning.
Enjoy it!

Congrats! I share your joy bc my previous owners had peonies all along the back foundation. I was able to use them exclusively for my wedding. A second type even popped up three years later after I cleared a ton of invasives from the backyard. The gift that keeps on giving.

That’s awesome. I inherited a surprise lilac tree with my home purchase. It makes me so happy when it blooms; it so brief but it’s so pretty.

So pretty! I’m just baffled by the lucky few who can buy a house in this market! 🍀

Oh that’s lovely, too hot where I live or I’d grow these.

One of the first things I did when I bought my retirement home, once I realized I could grown peonies here!!! Was plant peonies! They are all young plants, so slow starting, but I have a bloom on every plant but 2 this year. A true exercise in patience!

Ahhh lucky! Our house had mint planted in the ground when we moved in. Still does 🥲

So jealous! I requested seeds before I thought to look at growing zones. They won’t grow here (Florida). 😭

the best ones to cut for a vase are the slightly opened buds. they should feel about as soft as a marshmallow. you’ll get the longest life out of them and no ants!

We bought our house in the winter and the three peony bushes were the BEST surprise come spring.

They are beautiful! Great showcase spot for them against the white tile!
The only thing the previous owner of my house left me was rotten floor joists 🙁

I bought my house in late fall and was pleasantly surprised when I had six peonies popping up around my house in the spring. I never knew how much I liked them until then. I just wished the flowers lasted longer.
