They look generally healthy. Tomatoes, peppers, and some other vegetable garden plants lose some of their older, lower leaves as they grow. They’ll turn yellow first. But there are many healthy leaves here plus they’re flowering happily. I see no concerns 😁.
Not much of an issue here, tomato plants normally drop their lower branches as they age.
The pepper plants might be of a bit of a higher concern as their leaves are starting to get a bit curly or mis-shaped looking.
Perhaps just add a little bit of compost to the topsoil of the pepper plants. (Unless your soil mix already has a good amount of nutrients.)
