I’m not seeing any dead leaves

Lemon lime dracaena – easy to care for, they like bright light and the soil to dry out very well between waterings. Brown and yellow tips are a sign of the soil staying too moist or a sign of tap water. They are sensitive to chemicals in tap water so use distilled or fill a pitcher and let it sit on the counter for a few days for some of the chemicals to disapate (what I do). Doesn’t need to be repotted urgently, you can let it get used to it’s new home first. There are at least two plants in there so may be able to split up when you do repot.

It’s a Dracaena bush, depending on the nursery growing it, it’ll be called something like a Dracaena limelight/lime/lemon/whatever.
I don’t see any dead leaves. You showed some tipping in the comments, you can cut that off with a sharp, sanitized instrument of your choosing, leaving a tiny margin/line of dried foliage if it bothers you. If not, leave it.
These plants are very commonly found in commercial settings, like office buildings. This means you have a durable, forgiving plant on your hands. The primary thing that might get on your nerves is their sensitivity to insoluble salts found in tap water. That can cause spotting/leaf margin necrosis.
Unless it is rootbound, or the soil is badly degraded, it does not need repotting. Water when mostly dry, and give indirect, bright light for best results.
