Kaufte letzte Woche zwei (sehr gesunde) Lupins und pflanzte sie in unsere erhöhten Betten. Verwässerte sie gut, anständigen Kompostboden usw.
Heute, 7 Tage später, bemerke ich, dass die Blätter plötzlich super verwelkt sind?! Es hat letzte Nacht geregnet, war aber die ganze Woche (Großbritannien) trocken und warm, so dass ich sie bis in die Woche einmal aufgeteilt habe.
Ist das unter Wasser oder über Wasser? Google scheint auch zu sagen. Was mache ich, um sie zu retten?

Did they perk up after watering? If not, then it’s not underwatering. Lupins can be prone to wilting regardless in full sun. I’d just enjoy the flowers, then just cut the whole plant flush to the ground and let it regrow from the base. Shouldn’t have a problem again next year.
I’d say underwatered. In this dry warm spell we’ve had I would say they needed watering every other day. They might perk up because of the rain. Although lupins are drought tolerant, 7 days with no water isn’t good. They like consistent moisture. 7 days after watering that soil is going to be bone dry
