      It’s a sycamore and they can get very big. They also drop seeds like crazy which is probably how this one got there. It’s probably good to remove it as it will likely outgrow the space soon and potentially cause damage.

      If there’s another sycamore nearby you’ll need to keep an eye out for any seedlings sprouting and remove them otherwise you’ll end up with more.

      Yes sycamore. They self seed everywhere – I’d probably try and get rid of it if it’s close to buildings

      Don’t worry to much about it, it’ll be fine and do very well, it won’t get much higher than 35 metres or spread much beyond 30 metres, they only live for around 350 years but in that time will drop squillions of seeds, some of which will grow very fast because they’re in the shade of the original tree.
