The golden rule is that yellowing old leaves means macronutrient deficiency whereas any discolouration of new leaves means micronutrient deficiency. This occurs because the plant can move macronutrients from the older leaves to where they are needed whereas micronutrients cannot be moved in this way. You might therefore consider a feed which is rich in macronutrients, specifically nitrogen and potassium.

Having said that it is entirely possible it’s busy growing roots, hence getting a bit hungry, and will be fine.
