Cyclamen. I don’t know much about them apart from that they’re dieing back at this time of year. I would pop it in the ground and it should bloom nicely next January/February.
Edit to say: if you keep it indoors, keep it in indirect but bright sunlight, water moderately when the plant enters dormancy, and keep in cooler area. Then water more in late summer to encourage new growth. Just looked that part up on online.
First things first, you need to water it. Since it looks dried out, soak it in a couple inches of water overnight. Then, look up cyclamen care for your region/ zone..where I am, it’s happy in the shade and goes all year round practically (zone 9b) and does best outdoors.
