      Yeah its a normal thing okra does, seems to do it more when humid, yours is doing it a lot. I do okra in the summer and usually just the undersides of the leaves have them.

    2. When the plant’s stomata are closed at night, it can still uptake moisture, and it will exude sap to relieve the resulting pressure through a process called guttation. Those may be sap droplets.
