The canna will be fine, but needs lots of light. They grow best outdoors in full sun, so get as close to that as you can. The daylily will be harder. They’re an outdoor plant typically, so not sure how well it will do inside. They also like lots of light. Good luck!
those plants needs tons of light and are much better suited for life outdoors. there are 100’s of other plants far better selections for indoor plants.
The day lilies are not indoor plants, they need a cold dormancy in order to do well. Cannas are tropical, but need a lot of light to do well. Some are also deciduous and will die back after flowering, but most will just produce new canes as long as they’re happy. Neither are really good candidates for indoor plants, though the canna is probably your best bet. Keep it in a bright situation (as much direct sun as possible), water it well, and keep it fertilized. Heat and humidity are also appreciated, but not required. With Wyoming, don’t expect the leaves to be a super vibrant purple- there simply isn’t enough light to get them to do that inside.
That being said, there are much better candidates for indoor bulbs:
Amaryllis (Hippeastrum)
Peruvian daffodil (Hymenocallis x festalis)
Amazon lily (Eucharis amazonica)
Rain lily (Zephyranthes)
African blood lily (Scadoxus/ Haemanthus)
You could also look for some fresh ginger or turmeric at the store, and plant those. Those are tropical plants, and they do okay inside.
Make sure to get pet friendly plants if you own any.
