It’s a Box Moth Caterpillar, it needs treating now or the whole bush will end up like that and you will have thousands or caterpillars all over the place, get some strong treatment off of Amazon
Yeah that’s what I used, last year my box bushes got hit some still haven’t recovered and look like your picture
