No one is going to be able to tell by looking at them. There are many seeds that look like this. You’ll have to sprout one and get at least 2 true leaves before anyone can make a good guess, and even then, there are many plants that look similar to catnip as seedlings so it would still be tricky to confirm until the plant is larger
