Dies ist ein Weihnachtskaktus, den meine Mutter jahrelang hatte. Es war ein Ableger der viel größeren und älteren Pflanze meiner Großmutter. Ich würde es gerne umtopfen, weiß aber nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Hat jemand Erfahrung damit?

Always nice to see true Christmas cactus as they are somewhat uncommon nowadays!
Your’s looks pretty happy so i’m not sure if there’s any extra info to give but in general they like well-aerated soil. They are epiphytes by nature so it’s important that there’s proper oxygen flow around root system. I personally use coarse coco chunks + pumice mix but they can be grown in basic house plant soil as well, provided they dry a bit between waterings. I also recommend unglazed terracotta pot for extra aeration.
