A finer leafed fern. I like maidenhair, but can’t keep them alive. A fern will go with the forest-woodland theme of your mushrooms.

I’d pick one with dark green leaves so as not take too much attention from the awesome pot.
Selaginella
A snake plant so it grows up and doesn’t cover your beautiful pot, and the colors will contrast nicely.
