Ich liebe den Garten, wenn er mit der Farbe bedeckt ist, damit ich das Gras und den Beginn der blauen Glocken nicht schneiden möchte, wenn es bedeutet, dass sie nicht wachsen. Wenn ich diese Tufty -Teile des Beginns ihres Wachstums abschneide, werden sie dann immer noch blühen?

Could you try cutting around them or leave a little area uncut? We have an area that I try not to mow until a bit later in the year as we have blue bells, primroses and snowdrops that look nice when they are in flower. We’re still having a few hard frosts so I’m keeping the mower locked away for a week or two yet.
You won’t kill them as the bulb stores the plant’s energy underground. The flower stems haven’t emerged yet but cutting off the leaves would weaken the plant and it probably won’t flower this year. You might be okay if you only trim the tips but I would cut around them.
Maybe, but they really need their leaves to provide the energy to flower. In addition, the leaves will provide energy to be stored in the bulbs for next year. So cutting them off now will reduce the chances of them flowering next year as well. I would either mow around them or dig them up and move them to somewhere that doesn’t need cutting. Can you leave one part of the garden to grow wild?

it will hurt them definately, rheyll survive but not if you keep doing it
Cut around them, don’t cut their leaves. Mow them a few weeks after they have stopped flowering. I have them in my garden and they come back year after year. My wife loves seeing them every year.
Cut around or leave the grass until the end of April when they’ve gone over. Enjoy your everglade 🙂

They look like hybrids, your not killing them that easy, dont worry 🙂
and yeah they will still flower as long as you dont chop the flowering stem with them
I put a bucket over sprouting flowers and strim around them. They won’t flower if you cut then now.
Your grass looks like it be left until next month to be honest. I’d leave it for now.
Or you can do some hard graft and dig them all up and replant after the cut, but that’s a lot of effort. Also if you accidently cut them they will more than likely not flower next year

They might flower this year but they wouldn’t be able to get the energy resources for the next year, so it would probably kill them. Don’t mow until may is the advice, but I don’t have a lawn so I don’t know how annoying that would be
Move the bulbs whenever your calendar allows – I’ve moved bulbs at every stage. Sometimes they look depressing for a season, but you still end up with them in the right place sooner.
