Wir hatten Ende letzten Jahres eine Terrasse verlegt und es ist höher als das Grasniveau. Wenn ich eine Ladung Top-Boden bekomme, legte es ein Niveau und würde es wieder ausgesucht haben, um es am besten zu erhöhen und das Niveau zu halten? Alle Tipps dazu wären großartig

You can use sand to raise the level and then re-seed. This is not only cheaper, but will also allow the existing lawn to still grow through. It is also much easier to get level than soil.
BTW, how much was the patio? It looks nice.
I would only use horticultural sand as builders sand higher in salts etc
