Neuling hier. Erstes Jahr wachsen Blumen und Gemüse in meinem Garten. Meine Sweetpeas haben in den letzten Tagen aufgeschossen. Sind diese für Sie erfahrene Gärtner, die bereit sind, eingeklemmt zu werden? Oder muss ich nur geduldig sein?

I always pinch once they are 10cm tall or have two sets of leaves
I would pinch these down the first set of leaves! They look a little leggy, are you able to give them more sun or rotate the pot?
They may be too warm.
Pinch them! It seems awful when you do it, but you get far better plants for it.

yeah i’d pinch a fair bit down and is it possible to put them somewhere a bit more sunny?
After you pinch them, you can try and root the cuttings.
There’s a video series by roger parsons on YouTube about growing sweet peas that recommends germinating and growing them outside from seed as hardy as possible, definitely worth a watch as he covers loads of info on growing them!
Keep them somewhere really cool and pinch. Once sweet peas shoot I pop them in an unheated polytunnel but a plastic box with a lid will work just as well. They prefer to grow in cool conditions and are pretty hardy.
I’m a first year sweet pea grower as well! Mine got a bit leggy indoors but I’ve moved them outside now into an improvised cold frame- just a clear plastic box with the lid semi open during the day and closed at night. I work from home so it’s easy to keep an eye on the box and make sure it doesn’t get blown away or invaded by snails. They are growing very slowly now which I hope means the roots are developing. I haven’t pinched them out yet but I will when they have more leaves.
Etoilated
Neither, start again. I’ve been growing sweet peas for years and they don’t fully recover from becoming leggy, even with pinching. A bit of heat is fine to speed up germination but they need to go outside, cool and bright, the moment you see shoots emerging. This encourages short, bushy plants with good roots that will quickly get going when planted out.
time to take them out! they are hardier than most people think.
More light, they are very etiolated
I grew mine under a grow light this year and the difference is amazing. I strongly recommend it.
