2/3 große Stiele starben, wobei ein Top rettbar war.
Sind diese 3 kleinen Babys, die sich auf dem Stiel verwurzelt haben, um in einen kleinen Topf umgestiegen zu werden, um Wurzeln und Wachsen zu wachsen?
Wie viel von dem Stamm sollte ich in den Boden legen?
Zum ersten Mal, um Pflanzen wie diese zu verpflanzen/zu stützen, will es nicht töten!

Leave until bigger so higher chance of success
If you wanted to reduce the mother plant’s legginess and make it bushier in the future, you could prune above those babies so it bushes out, then have several new plants you could plant from the pruned section above.
Never understood the need to prop, and prop, and prop (yes, I know the Sub). Let it grow for a while; they’ll quite literally develop *branches*.
Jades are my favourite. I agree with both the above. Cut the leggy tops off. You have a great chance of good new plants from the tops.
More importantly, the existing babies you show will accelerate their growth. Other branches will emerge. In a few years, you will have a robust plant with multiple strong branches, branching from low down. You won’t recognise it. And you’ll be giving away starter Jades for life.
