Rhododendron, evergreen shrub that produces huge sets of flowers in the spring. The buds at the top are flower buds. They wont bloom though after being severed from the plant. You can possibly propagate that, if you get it to root, grow it outside in a part-shade area. Eventually (years and years later) you can put it in the ground as a shrub

I know ppl are saying Rhododendron but i think it might be Pittosporum, was the plant you found this at flowering?

Looks like it could be a trinette. I know people are saying rhododendron but it honestly looks like an arboricola trinette to me.
