my guesses would be the one on the right looks like a euphorbia/leafy spurge of some kind and the one on the left maybe some kind of compact cypress? i am less sure about that one…
Try Seek by iNaturalist app and Google Lens app.
Google Lens on PC thinks the left might be Chinese Juniper and the right might be Euphorbia/Spurge as /u/LDub47 said or maybe Kalanchoe.
Fair bit of warning that juniper isn’t going to root from a cutting that big, especially not in water nor indoors.
