I have about 50 in a place the size of a dinner plate. If/when the prop dies off, I just toss those out. If the actually propagate, then those are pulled out to a small pot of like minded propagations to continue on.
If they all take it will get crowded in about a year maybe?
Personally I love separating and repotting crowded pots so not a problem for me.
