Wir haben Weizengrassamen keimen und wachsen lassen, um sie für die Anreicherung von Tieren (Papageien) zu verwenden, aber wir können online keine Erwähnung finden, dass die Samen rot seien, außer Ratten-/Mäusegift, was sehr besorgniserregend ist. Die Samen stammten von Pretty Wild Seeds. Hat jemand Erfahrung mit der Firma oder rot umhüllten Samen? Jeder Rat ist dankbar willkommen! TIA

There are quite a range of possible seed treatments. Fungicides and pesticides are also possible on wheat.
Your best option is to contact the company you bought them from. One would hope they keep records and can tell you how the seeds have been treated.

Possibly a harmless red dye to mark them out as seed and not for eating.
