Topfpflanzen und Wasserpflanzen leben harmonisch zusammen

May I ask what is the setup for the aquatic plant?
I have an aquarium shop near me with lots of cool plants and marine-animals like fish, snails, worms etc.
I’m assuming the plant needs fertiliser and probably an air pump?

I had a 50 gallon fish tank with tons of aquatic plants for awhile. It was so hard to keep the algae in check (and fish alive) that I eventually ended up abandoning the project. I have a lot of respect for those who are able to keep aquatic plants happy. Looks so good!
