Ich habe gerade an ein Haus aus den 1930er Jahren gedacht, in dessen kleinem Hintergarten sich so etwas befindet. Es ist fest darin verankert, aber zugemauert. Weiß jemand, wofür es gedient haben könnte?
Bonuspunkte gibt es, wenn Sie etwas anderes als wachsendes Unkraut entdecken, denn ich bin dabei, Feuer auf all das Grün regnen zu lassen.

It may have once been the base of a rotary washing line, maybe? It’s a bit near to the fence, though, so maybe one end of an actual washing line?

Probably a downpipe off an old shed or greenhouse
Could have also just been for watering a plant. Sometimes I put them next to needy plants so I can get water right down at the roots

Quite a lot of strawberries, what may be dahlias, and a couple of nasturtium.
Holly could be either.
I’d pluck the Thistles and ground Elder, let winter do its work on the annual weeds and address new growth in the spring.
I’m not seeing any strawberries, more likely to be young Geum urbanum or brambles. My first impression was that the pipe is a vent missing its cap and is related to that brick structure, i’m not a builder though.
A whirligig or maybe a freestanding washing pole i reckon
