Sie ließen sich leicht vom Baum lösen. Ich habe gelernt, dass sie von innen nach außen reifen. Letztes Jahr waren sie entweder hart und unansehnlich oder in der Mitte verfault. Irgendwelche Ratschläge, wie man sie am besten richtig reifen lässt?
Auch jedes Rezept zu ihrer Verwendung ist willkommen!

Wrap them in paper towel , box them loosely with supported cardboard dividers to prevent pressure bruising store them in a cool dark place, the garage if you have one or cool cupboard , they will keep . If wanting to eat them just keep them in a fruit bowl in a nice open room that gets sun light, ie on a table that catches the sun, they will soften quite quickly.
