It’s either a pothos N’joy or pothos pearls and jade. I still can’t differentiate between them even though I have one of each. Great plants though

Definitely some kind of pothos. It looks very full which is good. Someone else left great propagation advice. But for care advice I’ll say that my pothos are pretty chill they can tolerate lower light environments but do best in bright indirect (be careful not to give them too much light like setting them outside under the afternoon sun because they can burn) and I like to water them when their leaves get a little flimsy and sad looking. Best to make sure they have good drainage and to let them get mostly to completely dry between watering. They’re a very forgiving plant.

Basically anywhere lol. Chop a piece off, make sure it has a little brown knob and throw it in water.

Definitely pothos, likely n joy. One thing that isn’t well known with pothos, or at least not done to often, is maturing the plant. Pothos have 2 growth phases. The immature phase is what everyone has, they will remain immature indefinitely. They require a vertical surface to shoot roots into so they can begin climbing. Once they root into something vertical like a moss pole, they will shift into mature growth where leaves are measured in feet not inches. Granted it’s given enough light. Google mature pothos and have your mind blown.

Just propogated some cuts of this plant myself, this is about 3 1/2 weeks of being in water. Pulled the bottom two leaves of the cutting now roots are growing from where the leaves were. Main plant I just water every two weeks and a little feed every few months if I remember, as others have said it’s an N’joy pothoes I still have the tag from mine.

    8. >how can I take better care of it

Honestly, it looks quite happy so I’d just keep doing what you’re doing!!

Pothos N’Joy. I cut mine & put them in coat storage containers with moist sphagnum moss to propagate them.
Looks pretty healthy, whatever you’re doing seems to be working fine
