Don’t cut it!!
It looks like you have a cutting with a single node – where the new growth is coming from. If you cut off that growth it will have no where to grow new leaves and basically become a stem with roots.
It’s just doing its thing. It’ll grow more roots as time goes on, just be patient with it.
That’s your plant, if you cut it off you’re done. I’m not sure why everyone is geared up to cut when they see a single white leaf? Where did this idea come from?

You have to give them a chance, sometimes leaves are white.
Don’t snip anything because you will create unnecessary wound and stress to it. Also, I agree that there’s only one node so you really shouldn’t cut it off. You can actually pot it now because young roots are more adaptive to more mature roots. Or if you want, you can wait until it starts developing secondary roots.
I would lower the amount of water in the glass
If you cut that leaf off I’ll come after you 🤣😂🤣😂
Think of your leaves like solar panels. The more have the more energy the plant creates pushing more root growth. 😊
