i keep my props on window sills or at least in shade. yes they can dry out way too fast in extreme heat but i’m not sure if water helps. just put them in shade or indoors in a bright window. this is a good reason to keep props separate from plants.

If they have roots then they can take some light watering. I’d water the plant underneath real well and then let it dry out again. If they don’t have roots then they may rot.

Mist them if ur worried with filtered water but they can drown easily

I’ve been misting mine like once a week or once every 4-5 days and if I water the plant it’s just at the mother root

yes! you can def water them, especially if they have roots. at those temps, the top soil will dry quickly.

  5. i live in florida & i mist my outside props every day 🙂 never had any issues

You should mist daily with temps like that. You don’t want the soil soaked bc they will rot, but lightly moist. Once ample roots have sprung, more water will be needed.

Cali here🙋‍♀️. We have temp drops during night. I water my succulents at night. You can mist them. Dont water it in day time specially with temp rise this week.🥵
