I would suggest changing the water more regularly, maybe keeping it out of direct sun light if it does get direct light, and longer stems. From my experience when you propagate you want several nodes submerged in water. Good luck I hope this helps!

Are you using tap water when you change the water? Maybe try using cooled water from the kettle, water that’s sat out overnight or rain water.

I’m not smart but in fishkeeping there not a lot of oxygen in tap water, and I’ve heard that oxygenated cuttings grow roots faster.

    4. Mint loaths me. I’m about to just grow it in the ground even though I know I shouldn’t but I’ve killed like 5 pots of mint this summer. I grow anthurium and philodendron successfully but mint, can’t figure out what it wants.
