ich habe eine Florida-Schönheit gekauft und das hier im Topf gefunden. Sieht aus wie eine Marble Queen Pothos (glaube ich?). Sieht die Wurzel gesund aus? Lohnt es sich überhaupt, sie zu vermehren?

As long as the roots aren’t slimy or mushy they should be fine! Let it root for a bit more. It might start to push out leaves before the roots are long enough, but don’t pot until the leaf unfurls or it’ll be stunted.
Honestly looks more like a pearl and jade or N’joy type of variegation. Marble queen is more speckled with occasional half moons.

They look healthy to me. Just not long enough to plant in soil yet. Get some secondary roots off those and then it will be ready.
