Kann man diese Samen direkt im Freien säen oder sollte man sie drinnen ansetzen und in einen Topf verpflanzen? einige Wochen? Oder einfach bis nach dem letzten Frosttermin warten?

You can directly sow radish and seeds outdoors as soon as the soil temperature reaches 50°F (10°C). They’re fast growers who thrive in cool weather. You can toss their seeds outside like confetti around mid-March. Both radishes and spinach enjoy cooler weather but won’t tolerate frost.
For the other seeds (tomato, kale, mesclun, lettuce), it’s best to start them indoors 4-6 weeks before the last frost date, which would be around mid-February for tomatoes and early March for the rest. This gives them a head start and avoids them getting stunted by cooler spring temperatures.

It usually states it on the back – I’m not sure however.
For the tomatoes, I suggest you sow inside right now. The rest prefer colder weather, no frost. You can sow those outside directly.
