Looks dead, clearly nowhere near enough water being taken up. Give it a huge drink, if it still looks the same then it’s definitely dead.

Water it more than you are now and hope it lives.

I moved one recently, about 2 months ago, and the whole thing looked dry af and dead like yours. Looked at it today and there were little green shoots coming off one branch.
So leave it alone, keep it moist, and trim the manky bits. Keep cutting a little off each stem, progressing further down the stems til you find a bit of green in the middle of the stem to if it’s still alive.

It will bounce back. Ppl don’t realise how resistant they really are. Question is is take month, year or longer but it will be back. I had like this and tought it’s dead. Dry af. I was going to chuck it in autumn when cleaning garden. I forgot about it, life took priority and next year I found out it lush and blush.
I found with plants less you do for them the better they growm if you pay to much attention it’s like you taking their ability to take care about things themselves.
If that make sense.

Give it lots and lots and lots of water – bucketfuls – and see what happens.

Nope, mulch and water, then water again and again.
Trim the mop heads back in spring and feed in April/may and mulch in Nov and again in April
Give it love ,care and hope
