Stick them under a little bit of soil and mist so it doesn’t waste more energy looking for water instead of focus on growing new shoots

Turn them around and put some soil over the roots.

Flip it over and bury it, the roots come out of a specific side of the leaf. Its just upside down.

Why: because that’s the direction the roots will come out of this particular kind of succulent leaf! As others said, if you flip it over, they will do great! Enjoy them!

They’re upside down, you have to turn them over and maybe a slight dusting of new soil to cover those beautiful roots up!! They’ll grow like that!!!! Yes, I know

It’s fine. It’s just the natural shape of the mother leaf. You can leave them like that until the new rosette starts to get big enough that you can easily orientate it correctly. Or if it really bothers you, lean them against the side of the container.
If you zoom in, you can see the baby plantlet forming on the one in the back. It’s not upside down. It’s more like the big leaf should be sideways in the dirt. But it doesn’t matter. They can go without soil for a long time and will still grow. There’s plenty of water in the mother leaf and they will suck it dry. Once it wilts completely you can pull it off gently and just plant the new baby.

Just want to ask what plant this is because I’ve never propped succulents with PINK ROOTS! So pretty
