Eine Freundin von mir, mit der ich auf Märkten Pflanzen verkaufe, hat einige Zz aufgestellt. Sie hat einige in Wasser und einige in eine Requisitenkiste gestellt. Die aus der Requisitenkiste sehen aus, als hätten sie Rhizome gebildet? Würdet ihr sie einfach so einpflanzen oder würdet ihr das Blatt entfernen?

Yes ZZ plant produce rhizomes which store wanter it in so you don’t need to plant them regularly they need plant very less frequently twice a month or less
Only when soil is completely dry
Yes you can propagate them in water and soil
Yes you can now directly pot them and they will grow you don’t have to remove the leave at the start try to pot it with leave once it grow large the leaf will either automatically die off or you can remove it
