I’d recommend you cut this into smaller pieces and root in water or soil. I’ve kept these 4 ficus benjamina variegated leaf plants for more than 10 years here in the south bathroom window same pots by pruning regularly top and roots every few years to keep it the same size. This is right after the last prune.
